- Processing Time for Large Artificial Plants: Each of our large artificial plants requires a manufacturing process, care, and attention in our workshop for 5 business days before being shipped. Once ready, they can arrive at your home within 7 to 12 days.

UV Protection Recommended: To ensure the durability and color of our artificial plants outdoors, we recommend using a UV protection spray specifically designed for artificial plants. This spray will help protect the plants from deterioration caused by sun exposure and keep their colors vibrant for longer.

How are the measurements of the plants determined at MAIA SHOP?

Plant Height: The plant measurement is taken from the base of the pot to the highest point of the branches. This will give you a clear idea of the total height of the plant and help you visualize how it will look in your space.
Plant Diameter: Diameter measurements refer to the fully opened tree from one lateral branch to the other in a horizontal manner. This measurement will give you an idea of the breadth of the plant and help you determine the space it will occupy in your home or office.

Does the plant come with a pot included?
The tree comes pre-mounted in a sturdy plastic and plaster pot, allowing it to stand on its own. This pot provides stability and support to the plant, ensuring that it looks beautiful in your space.
Pot Size: Our standard pot is black in color and has a moderate size ranging from 14x14.5 cm to 16x17.5 cm. This size is ideal for fitting into a variety of spaces and allows for easy installation in other pots to achieve the best decorative effect in your home or office.
