GOODS DELIVERY POLICY
Maia Shop understands that at the time of purchasing any of our products and services the customer accepts the terms, conditions and delivery policies specified below:
Maia Shop guarantees the security of our clients' information, which travels in encrypted form to our administrative software site and is managed in such a way that it cannot be decrypted by agents external to us.
Orders will be processed and shipped upon confirmation that payments have been made.
Accessible shipping to all of Spain and Europe.
Deliveries between 48 to 72 hours on the Peninsula (once the transport company has it).
Some trees may take 5 business days to prepare.
Delivery from 5 days to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping cost €4.50 (Peninsula and Portugal).
Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands: €15.
Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €35
National and Portuguese shipments through Seur and Sending, for orders of up to 20 products.
Shipments with Talents (palletized) from 15 products. (Different costs apply for preparation and shipping.) Deliveries from 72 hours.
All orders will be processed within the first 8 hours of receiving payment and shipped the same day (weekdays). Starting Friday afternoon, weekends and holidays, it will be shipped from the first business day.
We ship all orders with tracking number. Once the order has been dispatched, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct data for delivery and for this reason Maia Shop will not assume any responsibility if the data is incomplete or the customer does not pick up the merchandise. Please add your phone number in the address information at checkout so the courier company can contact you.
Returns will be made within a maximum period of 1 month from the date of receipt of the order.
In case of breakage, damage or defect in the shipping process, please send photographs of the defective product and the shipping company's label to the email firstname.lastname@example.org
If the product is returned for another reason (change of measurement, color or opinion) please notify the reason for the return through the email email@example.com
For returns for another reason (change of measurement, color or opinion), of up to 2 products, our company will assume the shipping charges. In the case of 3 or more products, shipping charges will be paid halfway between the buyer and our company.
For returns due to breakage, damage or defects, our company will be responsible for all shipping costs.
You have a menu in your user account that allows you to manage total or partial returns completely automatically. You enter your user account and go directly to orders, from there locate the order to be returned and manage it by sending a request.
In a maximum of 24/48 hours, the resolution will be managed and received via email and your panel. Once accepted, continue with the instructions in the email.
Another valid option is the following:
Send us an email with all the information so we can assign you a return number
We simply need the Invoice number or Order Number that you received in your email when you made the purchase.
Once you have confirmation of the RMA number, continue with point 2.
Prepare the package
Prepare the package with full guarantee that it will not suffer any type of damage in transport, use the original packaging of the product.

Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email and refund your money immediately.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days from when you deliver the package to the courier at the address you provide us until you receive your money back.
